TRANSIENT BEDSPACE ACCOMMODATION

Rate starts at   P250.00/day/person in Fan Rooms and P350/day/person in Aircon Rooms inclusive of Bed, Mattress, Pillow, Blanket, Water,  and Electricity .With minimum security deposit of P500.00/person if staying 7 days or less and P1,000.00/person if more than a week stay.

For  Non-sharing rooms, we charge P450/day for Aircon Rooms and P350/day  for Fan Rooms. Aircon Rooms with TV P500/day. We still charge per head basis in-case the  room would be used by more than one person.
**SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE  REFUNDABLE UPON MOVING OUT**

Inclusive of  Bed, Mattress, Water,  and Electricity. Extra gadgets like laptop, portable dvd, music players, or extra fan with P100/gadget/month charge.

Payment Terms : 1 Month Security Deposit, 1 Month Advance Only
